Ideal to do everything on foot and live at the rhythm of the holidays!It includes a living room with flat screen TV and decorative fireplace, open to a covered terrace and a closed garden, perfect for outdoor dining. The open kitchen, fully equipped (plate 3 hobs, hood, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker filter, kettle, toaster, refrigerator top table and dishwasher...) allows you to cook as at home.On the night side, each has its own space with its three bedrooms: two with 1 bed in 140cm and the third with 2 beds in 90cm.A bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet with washing machine.For families: umbrella bed and high chair available.A comfortable and friendly foot-to-earth for a successful holiday between beach, walks and relaxation.Our friends small animals only are welcome.FOREST TABLE - BARBECUE - JARDIN CLOS - SMALL ANIMALS ADDED ONLY - GARAGE FOR CELLER USE with a refrigerator with a freezer part.To be paid no later than 1 week before arrival: * A "Accommodation" deposit only by bank print (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable depending on the rental.
