- The Bedrooms: The property offers three spacious bedrooms designed to serve as your private, cozy sanctuary. The configuration features a Master Bedroom with 1 King bed , a second bedroom with 1 King bed , and a third bedroom with 2 Twin beds.

- Modern Comforts: The entire home is outfitted with central air conditioning, ceiling fans, high-speed Wi-Fi, and three full bathrooms, including a relaxing bathtub.

From the moment you touch down, your vacation is designed to be effortless. While you are nestled in a peaceful and secure luxury enclave, getting around the local area is highly convenient. A rental car is generally recommended to easily explore the vibrant local restaurants, championship golf, and nearby beaches that make Los Cabos a premier destination.

- Booking & Age Requirements: To preserve a relaxed, family-oriented environment, all groups must have at least one member who is 30 years of age or older to act as the primary signing renter. The maximum capacity of the property is strictly 6 guests.

- Strict No-Smoking Policy: To ensure the property remains immaculate for everyone, a strict no-smoking policy is enforced both indoors and outdoors. Violation of this policy carries a $500 USD penalty.

- Villa Policies: To protect the high-end finishes of the home, pets are not allowed on-site. Housekeeping is provided daily to keep the home pristine, with scheduled days off on Sundays/Saturdays and Mexican holidays.

- Local Taxes: Please note that listed luxury rental rates are subject to an additional 16% VAT and a 4% Lodging Tax
