Welcome to the Chalet Clermont-Tonnerre, a historic and emblematic monument of Vichy. The Chalet is now open to the public for your rentals, both for individuals and professionals.
Come and enjoy this villa and its garden with swimming pool to feel like home with this warm and welcoming Chalet renovated in 2018.
Perfect for professional or private events (wedding, birthday, etc).
This listing is for the rental of the 1st floor only, i.e.:
4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms including 1 private bathroom.
You have access:
- On the first floor with a large usable entrance, 3 living rooms with parquet floors and 1 kitchen.
- In the basement with its relaxation and games area: billiards, cinema room, sauna, hammam, shower, gym.
You also have access to the 400m2 garden is also at your disposal. In high season, you can enjoy its swimming pool with removable bottom (+ counter-current swimming). A direct entrance and exit to the Parc Napoléon III is planned, so you can enjoy the park and the banks of the Allier which are 100m away.
The Chalet is in the downtown, ideally located:
- A 5-minute walk from local shops (bakeries, shops, grocery stores, restaurants, ...) and Vichy's flagship activities (guided tours, opera, thermal baths, museums, galleries, ...). You can do everything on foot!
- A 5-minute drive from sports facilities, such as the CREPS.
The Chalet has a courtyard that can accommodate up to 4-5 cars and a paid underground parking lot just opposite is available if needed. To park free of charge in complete peace of mind, you can park at the Louis Darragon parking lot, which is an 8-10 minute walk away.
The Chalet is also the ideal place for your private or professional events with its 2 large fridges, connected speakers throughout the Chalet, a catering entrance, etc. We can also host seminars with the fully equipped reception room (wifi, paperboard and video projector).

-Rental for overnight stays, with the possibility of renting by floor: 1st floor / 2nd floor / entire Chalet.
