Discover Villa Les Cactus, a haven of peace located in the heart of the charming village of Plan-de-la-Tour. This spacious family villa offers an ideal setting for rejuvenating and friendly holidays, accommodating up to 9 people in a comfortable and elegant environment.
The property extends over a generous plot of 6,450 m², offering a verdant and intimate outdoor space.
The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, comprising:
One bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 that can be pushed together to form 1 bed of 160.
Two bedrooms with Queen bed of 160
1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 + 1 single bed of 90 (for children)
You will also find: 3 bathrooms - (two with shower and one with bathtub) - ensuring optimal comfort for all occupants.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen will delight cooking enthusiasts, with its ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, and all the utensils necessary to prepare delicious meals.
The villa has an air conditioning system in the bedrooms and heating via heat pump to ensure optimal comfort all year round. Lovers of cosy evenings will appreciate the presence of a fireplace, perfect for moments of relaxation with family or friends.
The outdoor spaces are equally appealing, with a private garden, garden furniture and an enclosed plot. The private swimming pool of 10.50 m x 4.50 m will be a major asset for hot summer days, offering relaxation and fun for all.
In terms of amenities, the villa offers 5 televisions, Wi-Fi, an iron, and private parking for 3 vehicles. Please note that pets are not accepted, and groups of young people are also not permitted.
Attention: Bed linen and towels are not included in the booking. We give tenants the choice (at a lower cost) to bring their own linen. Or the possibility of renting linen kits from the concierge (sheet set, bath towels, tea towels and bath mats) charged at 30 euros per person per week. This service must be paid on the day of your arrival at the agency.
A deposit of 1000 euros will be requested from you when the keys are handed over by professional card reader (as with car rentals). This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after checkout.
