One of the highlights of this condo is the oversized private patio featuring two separate seating areas and an outdoor TV — the perfect place to unwind while taking in the breathtaking unobstructed views of the lake and nearby state park. Inside, the living room opens beautifully to the patio with large double sliding glass doors, creating the perfect indoor-outdoor living experience. The condo features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and stylish new furnishings throughout. Every bedroom includes a mounted flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities, and the living room offers a large flatscreen TV for cozy nights in.



The spacious master suite features private patio access, a California king bed, blackout shades, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers both a queen and twin bed — ideal for families or groups. A premium queen air mattress is also available upon request for additional sleeping space.



The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including a dedicated coffee bar complete with a Keurig, coffee maker, French press, pour over setup, tea, hot cocoa, decaf coffee, K-cups, filters, and starter supplies.



Located in the heart of Osage Beach, Waterside One is close to popular restaurants, shopping, golf, and lake attractions while still offering a peaceful and private atmosphere. With only 20 condos in the complex, guests enjoy a quieter experience along with access to the private lakeside pool and lounge area.



Guests will receive access information prior to arrival. The complex offers convenient parking onsite, though boat trailer parking is not available at the property. Nearby state park launch areas offer trailer parking options.



House Rules & Booking Policies



🚭 Strict No-Smoking & No-Vaping Policy

This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free vacation rental. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and tobacco products are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the home, outdoor areas, decks, patios, pool area, gazebo, and driveway. A $250 violation fee will apply if smoking-related evidence is found, including cigarette butts, smoke odor, residue, or other remnants.



🎉 No Parties or Events

Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect the property, neighbors, and community during your stay.



🐾 Strict No-Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted on the property. If you are traveling with a service animal, required documentation must be provided and approved before your stay. A $250 additional fee will apply if there is evidence of an unauthorized pet on the property.



👤 Minimum Age Requirement

The primary guest booking the property must be at least 25 years old.



📄 Rental Agreement & Check-In Information

After booking, the primary guest will receive a text message with a link to the rental agreement. The agreement must be completed before check-in information can be provided. If the required agreement is not completed at least 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, the reservation may be subject to cancellation without a refund.



🏡 HOA & Community Rules

Guests are required to follow all applicable HOA and community rules throughout their stay. Any HOA violation that results in a fine will be passed directly on to the guest responsible. By proceeding with the reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these house rules and accept responsibility for any applicable fines or violation fees incurred during your stay.
