**Front-row whale watching from Endless Blue**
When humpbacks are in season, the shallow, protected waters off West Maui and the ʻAuʻau Channel between Maui and Lānaʻi become an important breeding and nursery area for humpback whales. Endless Blue’s 8th-floor, direct-oceanfront location gives you a spectacular vantage point for scanning these waters right from the living room or private lanai. We even provide binoculars so you can keep watch for blows, breaches, and tail slaps from the comfort of home. It's one of the best locations on Maui for whale watching!

Step from The Mahana grounds directly onto the beach or follow the oceanfront Kāʻanapali Boardwalk for morning walks, sunset strolls, and easy access to neighboring resorts and restaurants.

Duke’s Beach House is also just a short walk away (less than 5 minutes down the boardwalk)! For quick bites and casual island dining, the Honoapiʻilani Food Truck Park is just a short walk away plus more dining across the street (we love Sergio's Cantina for Taco Tuesday, Java Jazz, Pineapple Robot). Groceries and everyday essentials are easy as well, with a full-service supermarket right across the street (Times) plus Safeway and ABC just down the road. When you’re ready for shopping, dining, or beachfront cocktails, Whalers Village and Lahaina Cannery Mall are both within a short drive.

Then you can continue walking south along the coast and on the Boardwalk toward Black Rock and Whalers Village for snorkeling, open air shopping, restaurants, and beachfront cocktails. A short drive north brings you to beautiful Kapalua Bay, Nāpili Bay, and D.T. Fleming Beach Park. You’ll also be close to West Maui dining favorites like Monkeypod, Leilani's, Maui Brewing, Merriman’s, Sea House, Honu Oceanside and Mala Ocean Tavern, all known for fresh island ingredients and sunset views. Whether you’re dressing up for a special dinner or grabbing something easy after a beach day, you’ll be close to some of the island’s best dining.

And when you’re ready to explore, The Mahana has an on-site activity desk available to help you plan and book island activities and excursions during your stay.

As a guest at The Mahana, you’ll have full access to the resort amenities, including the beachfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, tennis and pickleball court, shuffleboard, and direct access to the oceanfront walkway and Kāʻanapali Boardwalk. You’ll receive a gate code at self check-in for easy access to the Boardwalk.

You’ll have full use of Endless Blue, including the private lanai, in-unit washer and dryer, walk in closet and beach gear. A few designated owner storage closets remain locked and are not available for guest use.

The Mahana offers a peaceful, more residential oceanfront experience than many of Maui’s larger resorts. Enjoy the quiet, relaxed atmosphere while still being close to Kāʻanapali’s beaches, dining, shopping, and activities.

**Welcome to Endless Blue**
Completely renovated down to the studs in 2026, Endless Blue is our Maui home, not a typical vacation rental. Every detail was chosen for comfort, beauty, and easy island living, with central air conditioning, electric shades, thoughtful amenities, and spectacular ocean views throughout.

**Oceanfront Living Room**
Floor-to-ceiling windows frame unobstructed Pacific views with Lānaʻi to the south and Molokaʻi to the north. Settle into the comfortable sectional or swivel the accent chairs toward the water and let the ocean become your entertainment. A 77" smart TV is also available when you’re ready to unwind indoors.

**Beautifully Appointed Kitchen**
The fully renovated kitchen features quartzite countertops and high-end Bosch appliances, including an 800 Series induction range, dishwasher, microwave, and wine refrigerator. It’s fully stocked with quality cookware, bakeware, utensils, knives, serving pieces, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. Reverse-osmosis filtered water, a fully automatic espresso machine with milk frother, and a tea kettle make mornings especially easy.

**Oceanfront Bedroom**
Wake up to the Pacific from your king bed with a cooling Helix Midnight Luxe mattress. Floor-to-ceiling glass provides incredible ocean views, while a private sliding door opens directly to the lanai. The bedroom also includes a walk-in closet, large safe, dresser, and dedicated workspace/vanity.

**Private Lanai**
Your private lanai is front-row seating for Maui's greatest gifts. Relax on the outdoor sofa, enjoy breakfast or sunset dinner at the dining table, watch sea turtles below, and keep an eye out for humpback whales when they’re in season.

**Bathroom & Laundry**
The renovated bathroom includes plush towels and locally made Mālie Organics shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. An in-unit GE washer and dryer make it easy to pack light, and a Rowenta iron/steamer is provided for nights out.

**Beach Ready**
Your beach gear is waiting by the door, including beach chairs, an umbrella, bodyboards, cooler, beach football and beach bag. Resort pool towels are also provided.

Most guests choose to rent a car to explore Maui’s beaches, restaurants, and scenic drives. Traditional rental cars and Turo vehicles are available near the airport and throughout the island.

**Ask us about renting our 2026 MINI Cooper during your stay.** It’s a fun and convenient way to explore Maui and may be available to Endless Blue guests for an additional fee.
