About this house rental
This authentic log house with a grass roof and black-painted wooden facade hides a surprisingly spacious interior designed to bring the extended family together. The strong beams and wood-clad walls create a warm atmosphere that sets the scene for memorable family moments. The house is located in a peaceful setting where you may be lucky enough to be visited by the deer in the garden.
The heart of the house is the large kitchen living room with a long table and two ovens, inviting you to cook together and enjoy cozy meals. The large corner sofa in the living room is a gathering place for board games and relaxation, while the many bedrooms allow you to retreat at the end of the day.
On the large wooden terrace you can enjoy outdoor barbecues, bake bread by the fire or relax in the hot tub or on the four sun loungers. Children can play on the trampoline and climbing frame, while the rest of you can take a sauna or enjoy a quiet moment under the stars.
The beach is just a 10-minute walk from the cottage for swimming and walking, and Heatherhill is just a 10-minute drive away - a stunning scenic area. Take an excursion to the charming coastal towns of Tisvildeleje, Gilleleje and Hornbæk, where you'll find cozy harbor environments, local shops and great places to eat.

The vacation home is beautifully furnished—cozy and very spacious. Two ovens, two large refrigerators—what more could you ask for when we’re staying with eight adults, two children, and a baby? There are plenty of games and opportunities for fun activities both indoors and outdoors. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings.

A really lovely vacation home. Everything was just perfect.
The trampoline and the outdoor bath were a big hit with the kids. We adults enjoyed the outdoor bath and the sauna after the kids had gone to bed. Definitely a place we’d love to return to.

Absolutely wonderful! Bettina and Ole were quick to respond and very friendly. We had everything we needed. The instructions were really helpful. The sauna heated up quickly and was easy to use. The play areas were perfect for our kids, and the kitchen had EVERYTHING you could need. We’ll definitely book again. The beach is only about a 10-minute walk away.
