Welcome to Casa Seahorse, Manuel Antonio, Quepos Costa Rica! Three Bedroom two bathroom and private pool! My husband Shawn and I are back and forth from NC to CR and just purchased this new home in June of 2026. It is ready and available for the high season. All rooms have a pool view and sliding doors accessing the pool directly or via hallway. Entire house has AC, hot water and WIFI. All bedrooms have a smart TV and separate AC with individual thermostat. Manuel Antonio National Park, Beaches on the Pacific Ocean and Marina Pez Vela can be accessed with in a few minutes by car or bus. This Villa offers the option to walk to restaurants with an ocean view and access to public transportation. All household amenities included. Fully equipped kitchen and Indoor laundry room with new appliances. The entire property is surrounded by a wall and gated entrance for privacy. No need for a car but there is parking for 1 car inside the gate and 2 outside the gate. Location is a friendly neighborhood that consists of local families and vacation rentals. This villa is all one level, no stairs, stoops or steps throughout the property including out to the pool. If you are interested in Top Notch Sportfishing offshore in the amazing blue pacific ocean please inquire about our charter fishing boat out of Marina Pez Vela located 10 minutes down the mountain. Upon booking we will connect you with your very own concierge at no cost to you. Jorge can set up transportation, tours, activities, restaurant reservations, spa appointments as well as provide answers to all of your questions about Manuel Antonio, Quepos and all surrounding areas. The Casa Seahorse is accessible via codes to unlock gate and doors. Jorge is available to check guests into the house upon request. This is recommended so that he can show you all the features of the villa.
