Welcome to one of the best-kept secrets on the Baltic Sea coast. This small beach house in Karlsminde offers you a breathtaking 180-degree view of the Baltic Sea—and complete privacy. The beach ends in a cul-de-sac, so even on sunny days you are often completely alone.

The house welcomes you with a cozy living room and a bright conservatory from which you can enjoy the view of the sea. The south-facing orientation allows you to watch both the sunrise and the sunset.

Direct beach access leads you to your private stretch of coastline, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the sound of the waves to the fullest. Here you will find the perfect setting to unwind.

Eckernförde, with its beautiful promenade and charming town center, can be reached in 10 minutes. Discover the dreamy harbor town of Kappeln or Arnis, Germany's smallest town. You can get fresh fish at Norbert Stark in Kappeln and delicious cakes at Café Hans in Eckernförde.
