About this house rental
One of the houses is spread over two floors, with an entrance through a furnished pergola, a very spacious and well-furnished living room perfect for relaxing, and a fireplace. Three steps lead to the dining room, featuring a characteristic long wooden table, and the well-equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, there's also a spacious double bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a shower.
On the first floor, you'll find a small living room with a sofa and satellite TV, a double bedroom, and a large bathroom with a shower, as well as two bedrooms—each with two single beds—and a bathroom with a shower. This house doesn't have air conditioning.
The second house is air-conditioned and spans three floors, with an entrance through a furnished pergola leading to a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. Half a floor up is a small living room with a TV, a bedroom with a French-style double bed, and a private bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor there's a double bedroom with twin beds and another bedroom with a single bed and a 1.80 m bed recessed into the wall like a raised alcove. The décor's a charming blend of modern comforts and traditional Tuscan elements, such as exposed beams and terracotta floors.
Outside, you can enjoy the nice weather under the large, well-furnished pergola or by the private pool, which sits on a raised level above the villas and is surrounded by sun loungers (the pool's open from 27 April to 19 October). The garden and outdoor terraces are perfect for relaxing and dining al fresco while enjoying the panoramic view.
The location's ideal for nature lovers and those who wish to explore Tuscany. Lucca's just a few minutes’ drive away, and the region offers both historical attractions and nature experiences. There are several excellent restaurants nearby, and the nearby cities of Pisa and Florence, as well as the beautiful beaches of Versilia, are also just a few minutes’ drive away.
