Situated close to Florence city center but away from the crowds, this historic villa offers a home base for your adventures in Italy. It is offered exclusively for extended stay rentals (minimum of 3 months). Views from the house, large garden and terraces are unbeatable. With four bedrooms, including three queen beds and a sofa bed, there’s plenty of room for family or friends. The villa stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Thoughtful touches like a hair dryers, coffee maker, microwave and beautiful gas range as well as a laundry room complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board make it easy to settle in your new home away from home. A large garage is attached to the house.
Explore Florence and its museums, restaurants, artisan shops, luxury shops, antique and craft markets by walking into town or parking on the outskirts of the ZTL. Easy parking at San Ambrogio garage makes exploring the city center and going to the daily vegetable market a great experience. The local neighborhood of San Niccolo' is just 15 minutes walk down the hill and offers everything you need to experience true Italian living. A short 8-minute uphill walk takes you to the Viale where you will find taxis and buses that take you to the city center and train station, for exploring other parts of Italy.
