On a 1169 m² property secured by an electric gate, with landscaped gardens, this detached 195 m² house is spread over two levels and comprises: Ground floor: - Living room/kitchen - 1 bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and en-suite shower room/WC - 1 bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and en-suite shower room - 1 pantry First floor: - 2 bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm bed and an open-plan en-suite shower room/WC Access to the cottage is via a sloping concrete road. Two additional beds are available in a children's bedroom with a bunk bed (90x200 cm) at no extra charge. This bedroom has a terrace with garden access and is suitable for children. This bedroom does not have an en-suite shower room. The property is equipped with an intruder alarm system including detectors for verification purposes. The owner certifies that this system is deactivated for the entire duration of the stay and does not record any images or videos.
