In the heart of the village, a 50 m² apartment on the garden level of the owners' house, which includes an adjoining gîte on the same level (60943) and two guest rooms upstairs (60942). It comprises: - Living room/kitchen - 1 bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed (window opening onto the terrace where the spa is located) - Shower room - Toilet The house is located on the edge of the main road that runs through the village. Pedestrian access to the cottage is from the public parking lot by the church, located 20 meters away. - 16 m² terrace - Garden furniture - Lounge area - Public parking is available in the church square, 20 meters from the cottage. - There is a chicken coop in the garden (4 chickens). - Barbecues are prohibited due to fire hazards.
