This contemporary pavilion styled architect home transforms city luxury into country context. The design is contemporary yet, has many practical attributes allowing natural light in and cross-ventilation. Magnificent high ceilings & extensive floor to ceiling windows throughout emphasize gorgeous views, light, and infuses a sense of extra space into the home.
Alluvium boasts 5 bedrooms (all linen is provided), 3 bathrooms (the ensuite is like a resort style bathroom with bath), media room, an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge room flow effortlessly to sun-drenched large timber entertaining terraces. Bringing the outside, inside with ease through large full-length glass windows and doors creating a picturesque frame- optimising rural views as well as being a soothing tranquil place to escape.
On a sealed road, located in a private area just 5 minutes to the centre of Berry Village and 10 minutes to Seven Mile Beach, Alluvium gives you a luxurious country lifestyle escape.

Please note - we do not accept any back to back bookings during this time. If there is guests checking IN or OUT backing onto dates you have selected online we will ask to you move your booking back one day before confirming the details.

This house was perfect for our Mums weekend away. Views, serenity, house size, proximity to Berry's main town and local vineyards was all amazing - highly recommend!

This property sells itself. The house is beautiful, private and clean. 3 bathrooms for 10 guests is perfect. Close to Berry and surrounds. We went kayaking in Kangaroo Valley, to the beach at Gerroa, as well wineries.

The home was well appointed and the 8 of us loved our stay, especially the decking, kitchen, open fire and piano. Highly recommend for bigger groups.
