Welcome to Yosemite Sierra Berghaus, a spacious and secluded sanctuary designed for those who want to immerse themselves in the beauty of the Sierras without sacrificing modern luxury. Spanning nearly 3,000 sq. ft., this private estate is the ultimate home base for groups of up to 12, located just minutes from the charm of Oakhurst, the waters of Bass Lake, and the iconic South Entrance of Yosemite National Park.
Whether you’re here for a family reunion or an adventure with friends, the Berghaus offers a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment:

Chef’s Dream: A newly renovated, fully equipped gourmet kitchen perfect for large group meals.
Outdoor Living: An expansive deck designed for soaking in the HotTub, morning coffee, evening stargazing, and BBQing.

Second Level
Bedroom #4 (The Sleep Loft): An airy space open to the dining room below, featuring one Queen Bed and one Full Sleeper Sofa.
Bathroom #3: A full bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
Living Room
Extra Sleeping: One Queen-sized pull-out sleeper sofa.
Grilling: Charcoal grills are not permitted. Please use only the outdoor propane grill provided with the home. For safety reasons, do not bring personal grills or outdoor cooking equipment.

Pet Policy: While we love animals, this home is strictly pet-free to ensure a safe environment for guests with severe allergies.
Parking: We offer ample space for 6–8 vehicles. Please remain within this limit and drive slowly on our private residential roads.
Security: For your peace of mind and the safety of the property, external security cameras are located at key entrance points.
Winter Travel: During snowy months, the CHP and National Park Service may require snow chains. Please ensure your vehicle is equipped for mountain winter conditions.
