Cocoonr Dinard offers this charming 70 m² town house for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Just a 3-minute walk from Dinard's famous market, the house comprises a pretty 16m² living room opening onto a fitted kitchen and lounge, two bedrooms and a shower room.

⚠️ Important information – please note before making a booking

Major drainage works are currently underway on Rue du Logement. Scheduled to run until 18 December 2026, these works may cause noise disturbance during the day as well as occasional disruption on the street and in the surrounding area.

We would ask you to bear this information in mind before making a booking, particularly if you are looking for a particularly quiet environment during the day.

These works are beyond our control and we thank you in advance for your understanding.

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team from Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A hallway leading to a first double bedroom (140x200cm) – blackout shutters
- A second bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160x200cm) and walk-in wardrobe – blackout shutters
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- A bright 16m² living area with a fully fitted kitchen (including: a Nespresso pod coffee machine, kettle, fridge with a built-in single-door freezer compartment, a three-ring induction hob, dishwasher, conventional oven and microwave), opening onto a lounge and a dining area with a dining table seating up to 4 guests.

Outside:
- A south-facing terrace, equipped with a table seating 4 to 6 guests

Area:
- The house is ideally located, right in the centre of town, a stone's throw from the fabulous Dinard market which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
- La petite maison bleue is 6 minutes from the beach at l'Ecluse and you'll find all the essential shops, restaurants, bars, market, etc. (supermarket 200 m away).

If you choose to come by car, the house does not have a private parking space. You will find free parking spaces in the neighbouring streets.
The Raphael Veil outdoor car park is 800m from the house and is free all year round (except July and August).
The "halles et plage" underground car park is 250m from the house and offers parking packages. (For more information, visit the Dinard town hall website).

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Saint-Malo train station: 20 minutes by car
- Rennes airport: 1 hour by car.
