Pros: Bij aankomst keken wij onze ogen uit, wat een prachtig huis en een nog mooier uitzicht. Het huis was super schoon en netjes. Het zwembad was lekker op temperatuur en we hebben heerlijk genoten van het mooie uitzicht. De communicatie met de verhuurder ging ook makkelijk omdat er een vriend bij hem was die goed engels sprak. Het enige wat wij hebben gemist is een buitenkeuken, als we bij het zwembad zaten of genoten van een filmpje op de beamer, moesten we naar boven voor een hapje of een drankje. Wij waren met zijn tweetjes en het huis was meer bestemd voor een familie zoveel ruimte was er. Maar wij hebben genoten van de ruimte, de rust en nogmaals het prachtige uitzicht.

Pros: A bit difficult to locate but after that everything was great. The owner and his friend Pablo were very helpful. We were greeted with a very generous offering of wine bread cheese and cold meat and charcoal for the BBQ. The location was excellent as a home base for touring. The outdoor living space including the pool and entertainment systems were wonderful.

Pros: This Villa is perfect, everything you need for a large Family holiday, the Owner Antonio and Domingo are so so helpful, and even when medical assistance was needed took the time to come to the Hospital, they were amazing and the Family were so impressed. We all would have no worries about booking this Villa again. Almunecar is a nice Town, and plenty to do, we walked down to the Town, and got a cab back (6 to 8 euros) there are plenty to do in Town and the Beach bar is a must if you would like to stay up all night and boogie, and lots of lovely restaurants. It is a very Spanish Town and the atmosphere is good and friendly. Thank you so much Antonio and Domingo.

Pros: The advert for this villa looked great and so I booked for a group holiday of friends and their families. We arrived very late at the villa (12.00pm) yet Antonio and his friend were there to show us around and gave us a very warm welcome. Due to our late arrival the welcome pack waiting for us (inc. bread, ham, eggs, cheese, wine etc) was very much appreciated! The villa surpassed our expectations! Spread out over three floors, it was much larger than anticipated with ample room for the 10 adults and 5 children in our party. It was decorated beautifully and spotlessly clean. The jewel in the crown of this villa has to be the infinity pool and sun terrace. The views are spectacular - looking down on to the town of Almunecar and the sea. Breathtaking - both by day and when lit up at night! The villa suited our needs perfectly. The cinema room was great for the children - whether they were taking a break from the afternoon sun or relaxing in the evening. Also, the outside screen by the pool provided endless enjoyment whereby we would, on returning from our evening meal, set up our own outdoor cinema. Almunecar itself is a bustling beach town. We loved the fact that there were hardly any other Brits there - it seems to be a holiday area for the Spanish. The people are warm and friendly and you still get tapas with here with every drink you buy! I would definately recommend this villa - you couldn't but be impressed. We enjoyed our stay here so much we are hoping to book again next year!
