16 Ulph Place is a stylishly renovated bolthole, located only a couple of minutes' walk from the centre of Norfolk's loveliest village, Burnham Market. A characterful 18th century retreat, this first floor apartment has been stylishly renovated to modern standards, and comes with the bonus of parking in this bustling village. 16 Ulph Place is perfect for a small family, friends or couples enjoying a short stay or longer holiday.
All accommodation is located on the first floor, via internal staircase. Inside, the space is both tranquil and welcoming, ideal for discerning guests looking for a stylish yet practical break in Norfolk. The open-plan sitting room, dining and kitchen is incredibly well thought-out, bespoke kitchen including coffee machine and dishwasher, plus Smart television to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. With original windows and timbers, the aesthetic is a wonderful mixture of contemporary furnishing and original features.
For a peaceful night of rest, you have two bedrooms from which to choose, both of which have been appointed with fine, white linens. The master has a double bed and the second bedroom with twin 2'6" single beds. Both bedrooms are served by a modern shower room with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Outside, an area of grass with French bistro set is available to guests. You also have two spaces for off-road parking.
Within a short walk you are in the heart of Burnham Market with cafes, bars, restaurants, and lovely independent shops and boutiques. You can also catch the very regular (and dog friendly) buses up and down the coast to explore the wider area at your leisure, and could easily leave the car at home all week with a holiday based at 16 Ulph Place.
