The place was cute and the perfect size for us (3 adults & 3 kids). It was also in a prime spot, there was a huge park for the kids just down the street, and we could walk to restaurants too. We would love to go back again as long as a few things are addressed. First, the floors were disgusting. We walked around in our socks/barefoot and our feet were BLACK within 30 minutes. I found a super dry, stiff, crunchy mop and used it twice to help, but they were still super gross. The photo attached is after I mopped twice and my kid walked around for 2 hours. Second, the filter in the fridge also needed to be replaced, and I’m not sure for how long. Third, the shower in the second king bedroom (without hot tub on balcony) leaked out water so bad through the door that there was a massive puddle on the floor every time. If all those things were taken care of and addressed, then this place would have been perfect.

Attended a wedding at the Pavillion, and the location of the condo was perfect. East walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. The two parking spaces provided worked well, the only downside to this location is if you have more than two vehicles as our group did. There is no overnight parking on the street, or parking lots nearby. We had to find alternative parking in Dillon and walk back to the condo. Be ready for this if you have more than two vehicles. Overall, the condo was clean, spacious for 5 adults, great location, and nice stay. I would book again.

Condo was spacious. Hand and dish soap, etc. Were supplied. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Seeing the mountains from the hot tub was great. Know that it's second floor and you need to walk up.the stairs. It was a great place for day trips to different mountain towns.
