We LOVE Pagosa Springs and the open, green location of the condo. Within a short walking distant, you are watching a sunset over the lake. The accommodations were spacious and well appointed. The deck was a beautiful respite, overlooking green grass and tall trees. We loved our stay and will look forward to returning soon.

Everything was good: the heating and cooling system was comfortable; the property was as advertised; shampoo, conditioner and body wash were available in all bathrooms with adequate towels, wash clothes, Kleenex, and tissue paper; the kitchen did have an assortment of cooking utensils, pots, pans, and dishes. We really enjoyed our stay for the dollar.Things that could be improved: we found oily crumbs on all the plates and had to rewash them before use; we did find lip stick on one of the towels from the previous tenant, but there were plenty more towels so it wasn’t a big deal. Other than that, the hosts were very efficient in communication, and we would definitely stay here again.
