We gave 5 stars because it was very nice and *exactly* as advertised and everything worked and the check-in process was smooth. We have stayed in the complex before which was also a pleasure, but this unit was more updated. Plus ... for you tennis players out there... the court has been redone to red clay!! Absolutely awesome. Just open the gate with the fob provided, and it's like your playing at Monte Carlo or Roland Garros! For you pickleballers, there are courts behind summit middle school where your type congregation and play on a regular basis. Would definitely rent the unit again!!

Awesome spot with great common area amenities. Sauna and hot tub is a great way to unwind after skiing/boarding all day.

Condo was stated as having no AC but we were there on a very hot day and it gets pretty warm in there without AC no ceiling fans and just 1 boxed fan. Other than that, if you are not coming in the warmer months. it was a comfortable stay.
