New, high class facilities, lovely garden and view of the castle. Great staff, very helpful and friendly.
Location is in the outskirts of town , in a residential neighborhood near the city, a little loud at some times from the street.

Ontbijt is echt fantastisch.

Very beautiful rooms & decor. Strong AC
Unfortunately there was construction going on right out front of the rooms, the TV was not operational, and unable to pull out the sofa sleeper. Perhaps include better communication as to where the parking is bc it is just street parking by the construction which was confusing.

Exceeded expectations with our hosts helping us with travel to the city and an exceptional breakfast with a comfortable stay.
Very good air conditioning upstairs and downstairs, seating options with living room, breakfast and take away when we had early morning trip, help with transfers, view of castle and best location to walk up for sunset, small shop open until 9pm, Wi-Fi, quiet and peaceful, super safe and private.
Just advice for travellers rather than what we didn't like. We were a little naive to the patoko app for taxis being useful in shkodër so get a taxi number before leaving the city centre, although the hosts are more than helpful and definitely saved us any problems. Also better to eat in the centre before returning to the relaxing accommodation, or expect to go back to centre for dinner for now but can see the area is going to develop quickly, like the rest of Albania.
