The place is located in a very strategic area, just a few steps from the flea market and walking distance from shops and everything you need, in front of a quiet and large area where you can enjoy a walk.
The apartment is peaceful, once you enter, you'll see a precious gem full with its own soul. Every detail, from the furniture to the little objects, tells you the love that was put on it.
I fell in love with the pictures, but seeing them in person was even better.
I booked it for my parents to make them comfortable and to give them the chance to cook during their stay.
The kitchen is equipped for cooking and the wifi was good.
The owner is the kindest person I met here, and he was so helpful and understanding with our needs. They loved it so much that they wished they stayed more time.
I really recommend this place ❤️

Прекрасное, колоритное жильё в аутентичном грузинском дворике. Пешая доступность к достопримечательностям, магазинам и ресторанам. И при этом район недорогой, кругом частные ларьки с вкусностями. Хозяин все расскажет, спасибо, Шалва!

Отличное расположение! На пешеходной улице, прямо у Сухого моста и блошиного рынка. При этом в настоящем аутентичном грузинском дворике. По ночам во дворе очень тихо, и не скажешь, что по соседству кипит жизнь. Хозяин квартиры - очень творческий человек, большинство мебели сделано своими руками, было очень интересно рассматривать все детали. У нас остались очень тёплые впечатления и от общения с Шалвой и от его квартиры!
