the location, a step to the lake side and the village (shout out to the excellent team at Pete's Place!) The comfy mattress and great pillows. The space, plenty for the three of us to spread out and kick back with two sofas, coffee table, dining table and three beds. The kitchen was adequate to cook up some breakfast or an evening meal. A sizeable bathroom with great water pressure. Friendly neighbourhood street and managed to find some parking.

wasn't a great welcome with a stiff door and lack of warm welcome, a very different flat as we were expecting a one bedroom cozy home and the listing is a bit confusing, we were expecting more service for the high season price. But it worked well really, definitely some maintenance tasks and value added service touches added. But I get it's high season and they need to make money while the sun shines, which it did so no complaints really. I would return as a group of five, with any less and not such great value.

Location is great, right near to the Llanberis Path for those wanted to tackle Snowdonia!

Some parts of the house need touching up with paint. I think the images do let the place down a little and need to updated to allow for travellers to see the property better beforehand. Minor issue but listing also needs to be updated for things like, WiFi, Bedroom amount etc.

Good location in town centre and lots of space in the house. Managed to find street parking each evening.

But scruffy in places, clear damp issue in kitchen.
