Muy céntrico, accesible, habitación bastante grande, el balcón le da mucha ventaja.
Muy viejo. El piso Necesita reformas en general. Agua corre muy muy debil. Los grifos están fatales. Apenas se puede lavarse la cara. Un baño para 4 habitaciones dobles es demasiado insuficiente.
