Tem uma cama muito confortável, sofá, geladeira, banheiro privativo, uma boa TV e internet. Se a proposta é que o hóspede possa fazer seu café da manhã, ainda precisa de alguns utensílios. A anfitriã foi muito atenciosa e prestativa e local é bem espaçoso, com vaga de garagem.

É preciso dedetizar o forro, pois caíram fezes de baratas nos cantinhos do banheiro.
