Curtea privata si gazonul. Cheile se iau direct de la proprietar, nu o scriu ca un aspect pozitiv neaparat ci doar ca o mentiune. Si ulterior am observat ceva si mai interesant, pentru aceasta propriete nu pot atasa poze reale pe booking din pacate.
Din pacate acesta cazarea a fost o experienta complet diferita fata de asteptari si de ceea ce sugerau fotografiile. Fotografiile au fost realizate de un profesionist si lasa impresia unui spatiu luminos, ingrijit si primitor. In realitate insa, casuta este foarte intunecata iar totul pare vechi si neingrijit. In momentul in care am intrat am fost intampinata de un miros foarte puternic si neplacut de umiditate, de aer inchis, amestecata cu ceva vechi nespalat. Mi-a luat doar 10-15 min ca sa-mi dau seama ca eu nu pot sa mi tin copilul acolo. Un alt aspect destul de important ar fi ca nu exista internet, plase de tantari si aer conditionat. Intr-un comenatriu anterior era mentionat ca instalarea era programat in curand (ceva destul de relativ poate fi si 2027). Bucataria este, parerea mea, imposibil de utilizat, toate erau ruginite si murdare, efectiv imi era scarba sa ma apropii. Prosoapele erau uzate si patate. Carpe asezate peste mobila deteriorata ca sa nu se vada. Am contactat proprietara imediat si i-am spus ca eu nu pot sa locuiesc acolo si mi a spus ca anularea inseamna 100% costuri. Inteleg ca exista niste reguli dar acea anulare nu era din cauza ca m-am razgandit eu si nu am mai venit, ci din cauza ca acolo este o mare pacaleala, m-am oferit sa platesc dauna 2-3 nopti dar nu 100% si nu a acceptat. Proprieteara mi-a spus ca inchiraza de 15 ani desi pe internet nu se gaseste nici o informatie despre aceasta cazare. In Sardinia in august cu 73% umiditatea, ma indoiesc ca supravietuieste cineva fara AC. Dupa multe rugaminti proprietara a acceptat sa mi restituie 150 de euro din 1032 euro platiti pentru aceasta cazare desi eu nu am stat acolo decat 15 min. Un alt lucru de mentionat este ca aceasta proprietata este listata pe un site italian, care listeaza mai departe pe booking, nu ai cum sa iei legatura cu ei, o firma intermediara, un mare minus. Atasez poze reale pentru a intelege mai bine ce se gaseste acolo. Nu recomand aceasta proprietate.
