A proximidade da piscina é óptimo. A sala tem sempre imensa luz durante o dia. Casa equipada com praticamente tudo para as refeições.

A casa não tem proteção sonora nenhuma. Pelo que os barulhos dos vizinhos durante toda a noite tornou-se muito incomodativo. O quarto mais pequeno não é acolhedor. Não tendo janela nem mesa de cabeceira. Não é prático. As baratas que surgiram também não mostrou um cenário agradável. O sofá também não é confortável. Sugeria também haver uma tampa protetora para o Microondas - ajuda muito a manter o mesmo limpo enquanto se aquece a comida.
