Good location close to tram bus station and shop.
The apartment was excellent and very comfortable. The only issue was that I struggled with the iron and kettle. I asked the property owner about them, and he told me he would send a technician to bring them to me, but unfortunately, this was not done.
Also, the living room table was broken and needs to be replaced.

Séjour vraiment nickel ! Logement spacieux et parfait pour un groupe, très bien équipé (Netflix appréciable 👌). L’emplacement à Carré de Soie est pratique et bien desservi. Tout était propre et conforme à l’annonce, et l’équipe AYO est réactive avec des instructions claires à l’arrivée comme au départ. Je recommande sans hésiter et reviendrai avec plaisir ✨ Merci pour l’accueil !

La localisation, accès sécurisé
Le ménage est très léger, évier de la salle de bain bouché avec une odeur de remontée d’égouts. Les produits gel douche, shampoing, savon vides. Odeur de cigarette dans l’appartement quand on rentre.
Nous avons même trouvé un cafard…
Matelas de mauvaise qualité, on sent le trou du à l’usure.
Dommage car le logement est bien avec des grandes chambres et une jolie déco.
