The property was suitable for the purpose of our requirement. A comfortable one night stay in Brighton, near to the cemetery. At a family funeral the next morning.
There were no mirrors in either of the bedrooms. Just one mirror above sink in bathroom. Could not blow dry hair in front of a mirror and could not see ourselves in our outfits before leaving for the funeral. The light in the bathroom is sufficient for showering, but not sufficient for doing makeup in. Needs a full length mirror, this could go at top of stairs and a head and shoulders mirror in both bedrooms.
The bathroom smells of damp, but most wet rooms do have a tendency to.
I found the house to be what it is, a handy stop over.
Location is great for the sea front.
Basic needs were met (apart from the need for a decent mirror.

Towels smelled musty/damp
Very steep stairs, which weren't suitable for my elderly Mum, so she had to stay downstairs on the sofa bed to be able to get to the bathroom easily. It would be beneficial to have this described somewhere in the description of what is on each floor; there is no indication in the pictures either of how it is laid out. I would suggest a picture of the stairs at least.

The location was excellent. The kitchen very well stocked and had everything you needed.
The doors in the main bedroom to the balcony are locked, which is apparently for saftey reasons, however despite the availability of a fan, the room is hot.

Was local to heart of Brighton, allowed late check in
This stay was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price I paid for just one night. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the property was absolutely freezing. I messaged the host multiple times asking how to turn the heating on, but I was completely ignored and received no response.
I am currently 25 weeks pregnant, and I should not have been left in such cold conditions with no help or communication from the host. For the price charged, I expected a comfortable stay and basic necessities, including heating that I could use or at least clear instructions on how to turn it on.
Unfortunately, the lack of comfort and the host’s complete lack of communication made this a very disappointing experience. I would have expected much better for the money paid, and I would not stay here again
