Intercity Hotel Shenzhen Futian Convention and Exhibition Center

Absolutely everything exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. We arrived in Shenzhen very early in the morning, and the hotel allowed us to check in at around 7:00 a.m. without any problems and, most importantly, without any additional charge. After an early flight, this meant a lot to us, and we are extremely grateful for such kindness and flexibility. The staff were truly exceptional. I have stayed in many hotels, including luxury hotels, but I can honestly say that I have rarely experienced such warmth, kindness, hospitality and genuine attention. Everyone was incredibly helpful, caring, polite and friendly, always with a smile and a wonderful sense of humour. Their attitude made our stay feel very special. The hotel itself is extremely clean and very well maintained. Our room was quiet and comfortable, the beds and pillows were excellent, and housekeeping was done every day. We also really appreciated the thoughtful little details, such as always leaving us plenty of bottled water in the room. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. There was a very large selection of food with something for every taste, and everything was fresh and beautifully presented. The variety was much better than we expected. The location is also very convenient. Everything is close by, and there is a metro station just a few steps away, although during our stay we mainly used taxis. What made the biggest impression on me, however, was not only the hotel itself, but also the people we met in Shenzhen. Their kindness, attentiveness, honesty, care, good humour and the way everything is so well organised left a truly unforgettable impression on me. I have enormous admiration for the people here and for the way everything works. It made our whole experience in Shenzhen even more memorable. We are leaving with only the warmest memories and would happily stay at this hotel again.

Honestly, there was nothing we disliked. Everything was excellent and, in many ways, exceeded our expectations.
