Its a very safe neighbourhood and building has all safety doors to enter and exit. Studio is just enough for 2 people max, it can be tight for more than 2 people including kids. it has a sofa bed but if you open it there is no place to move much. They provided us with fans. It has good amount of cutlery, basic pots n pans ,washing machine , iron, drying stand. We cooked few times. Towels and linens provided were clean .The studio overlooks into a small internal garden area and its nice to open windows and see the area. The metro station is close at 7 -8 mins walking distance. Buses come till main roads to travel. We took bus number 7 from Paris Gard Nu station. It was a 15 mins by bus.
The key pick from Carrefour is at an distance from the home. If you are with kids and luggage then it can be challenging for pick up and drop. Bathroom space is really tight.
