Maison sympathique mais gestion non professionnelle

Maison globalement conforme à la description. La climatisation dans le salon et dans les chambres est un vrai plus. Localisation correcte (rien accessible à pieds, voiture ou vélo nécessaire). Certains équipements à surveiller avec de jeunes enfants (sécurité) mais globalement le logement reste assez adapté à une famille avec un ou deux enfants, ou groupe d'amis.

Équipements parfois en mauvais état, par exemple une chaise d'extérieur totalement cassée et dangereuse. Propreté très limite, notamment dans la cuisine (ustensiles). Très mauvaise communication avec les gestionnaires, aucune réactivité, aucun professionnalisme. Nous avons demandé à plusieurs reprises les tailles des lits (pour les draps) par écrit et par message vocal, nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse, même un accusé de réception ou simplement un message indiquant que cette information ne leur est pas connue. Maintenant que nous sommes partis, les gestionnaires nous accusent à tort d'avoir dégradé des équipements que nous n'avons pas utilisé... Le tout sans avoir fait ni état des lieux d'entrée ou de sortie.. et bien sûr ils sont injoignables depuis plusieurs jours. Bref gestion totalement amateur, non professionnelle, en 20 ans, je n'ai jamais vu ça. Les particuliers qui louent leurs biens sont bien plus "pro" que ça.
