The caravan was extremely clean and modern I was very impressed with the extra facilities available such as iron and ironing board and hair dryer.

I was really impressed with how neat the caravan was and the facilities.
we had a hard time settling in as the hot water was not running and the WiFi didn’t work till we left. We couldn’t have a relaxing evening watching TV or using the internet on our phones. It would have been great if our complainants were been attended or someone at least speak to me.

Great location close to the play area, and the team was very quick to fix any issues — a nice stay once we got settled.
When we arrived, we saw straight away that other people were already staying in our caravan. There was also no key in the safe, so we had to call — and that was when we were told it had been double-booked. It was very stressful after travelling, but the problem was sorted quickly and we were moved to another caravan.
