DİKKAT.=Bu tüm tatilcilere bir uyarıdır.Tatilinizi mahvetmek istemiyorsanız bu daireden uzak durun.Bu dairede 2 defa kaldım.İlk kaldığım da 1 gün diğerinde ise 9 gün.Daire sahibi kesinlikle temizlik yaptırmaz.Eve gelen tatilcilere temizlik yaptırmaya çalışıyor.Daire pislik içerisinde.Herkesin yatıp,yıkamadığı eski bir carsafta yatmak zorunda kaldık.Yastık kılıfı,el ve banyo havluları yok, rezalet bir şekilde konaklamak zorunda kalırsınız.Bunlar işin temizlik kısmı.Gelelim en önemli durumlara.Tuvaletin biri çalışmıyor, Çamaşır makinası, bağlı değil çalışmıyor.(Eğer çabalarsaniz belki çalistirabilirsiniz)Banyo musluğu arızalı.Buz dolabı ise çok fazla ses çıkarıyor.Bunlar ise çalışmayan ve bozuk olan şeyler.Şimdi ise tatilinizi kabusa çevirecek kısımlara gelelim.Kaldiğım 9 günün 4 günü.elektrik kesintileri ile ve su kesintileri ile geçti.Daire sahibi tatilcileri dolandırıyor.Bu dairenin olduğu sitede elektrik ve su sayaçları kredi kartı gibi bir kart ile sayaç okutularak dolduruluyor.Daire sahibi temizliği tatilcilere bıraktığı gibi faturaları da tatilcilere bırakarak,tüm masraflardan kaçıyor.Kartların içerisinde sadece 1 veya 2 gün idare edecek kadar elektrik ve su kredisi var.Yani sizin anlayacağınız sabahleyin klimasız her tarafınızdan terlemiş bir vaziyette tüm elektrikle çalışan(Ocak, buzdolabı, internet,klima vs) makinaların kapalı olduğunu göreceksiniz.Ben bunu 9 günde 3 defa yaşadım.1 defa da su kesildi toplamda 4 defa.En kötüsü de toplamda 1 buçuk,2 kilometre yolu kavurucu güneşin altında karta elektrik yüklemesi yapmaya giderken yaşarsınız.Çünkü çok büyük bir site.Daire sahibine ise durumu anlatmaya çalıştığınızda ise akşama kadar ulaşamazsınız.Çünkü karta para yükleme işinden kaçmak için cevap vermez.Siz mecbur kalırsınız ödemeye.Çünkü klimasız 10 dakika durulmaz orada.Tam bir işkenceye dönüştü tatilimiz.Tüm faturaları bize ödettirdi.Ve paramızı iade etmedi.Yalancının tekidir daire sahibi.Kesinlikle sözünde durmaz.
