Extra fees: Cleaning Fee — $125 (charged at booking) A $125 cleaning fee is charged at the time of booking — it's not an extra charge added later. If the RV is returned in excessively dirty condition, you will be charged whatever our cleaners bill us above the standard fee. Pet Fee — $100 per trip A pet fee of $100 is charged per trip. If excessive pet hair is found or any damage is caused by an animal, the cost of cleaning or repair will be charged to the renter in addition to the pet fee. Mileage — 125 miles per night included Each night of your rental includes 125 miles of driving. Any miles driven over that allowance will be charged at $0.40 per mile upon return. Fuel & Propane — Return full The vehicle must be returned with a full gas tank and full propane — the same levels as when it was given to you. If either needs to be filled upon return, you will be charged the actual cost to fill it plus a $50 service charge per item. Generator — 3 hours per day included Each day of your rental includes 3 hours of generator use. Additional hours beyond that are charged at $4.00 per hour. Black & Grey Water — $150 fee Black and grey water tanks must be emptied before returning the RV. A $150 fee will be charged if the tanks have not been dumped prior to return.
