The property appears to be brand new, with a well-equipped kitchen and the added convenience of a washing machine. Each room has its own A/C, and the neighborhood is pleasantly quiet, making for a comfortable stay.
A couple of small improvements would make the stay even better. The blankets were quite thin, with only one per bed, so my wife, our 3 y/o son, and I had to share a single blanket. We were also provided with just one roll of toilet paper for 4 guests over a 4 night stay, which wasn’t quite enough for the duration of our stay. 🥴
As a small extra touch, having a few basic cooking essentials like oil, pepper, or spices would also be appreciated.
Other than these small points, the place was great, and we would happily stay here again.

Новая вилла, с отличным дизайном. Есть вся техника: духовка, плита, кофемашина, стиральная, посудомойка, холодильник… 3 больших комнаты, 2 туалета.
шикарная терраса с барбекю. Все чистое, новое. Великолепное место для отдыха. Красивый вид на горы. Рядом семейный ресторанчик, в 5 минутах ходьбы Migros, bim. До городка Калкан 3 мин на машине. Пешком далековато. Точно место для путешествия на автомобиле.
Ночью на террасе загораются огоньки. Очень атмосферно и красиво. Так как вилла далеко от города, то очень тихо. Утром поют петухи.
Далековато пешком от города и пляжа, но на машине все близко. Так что не считаю это большим минусом. Вилла новая и территория еще не сильно обустроена. Вилла на горе, поэтому надо подняться по ступенькам.
