Location was good, well equipped, clean and fairly new. There is a parking possibility if you travel by car.
The host asked me to cancel my reservation multiple times before we arrived, so I had to handle this with booking support, but at the end of the day the reservation was valid and there was no other problem. No AC but there is a fan in the room so at least there’s that.

The location was fanastic. Easy walk into the center & to beaches. Parking was easy. We also LOVED the balconies. It is also right across the street from a Eurospin so we were able to make meals since there is a full kitchen with fridge. We will definently stay again on our next trip to Tropea.
There were only minor things that we didn't think to look for. There was only one fan (no AC) nor is there Wi-Fi, however both of these things are clearly stated on the booking. The only thing I might recommend is more cooking utensils, such as a spatula/sharper knives but there were enough things provided to get the job done. :)

Szép a belseje. Kedvesek a szomszédok. Jó, hogy rögtön szembe van a bolt.
Jó, hogy van mosógép. A fagyasztó is nagyon jó volt.
Nem is szerepelt a leírásban, de akkor is nagyon hiányzott a wifi. Ebben a melegben a klíma hiányzott, itt a 3. emeleten különösen. Konyhába egy normális kés a főzéshez.
