The vision of services as this new hotel transitions from its “soft opening”, into a fully operational and leading hotel in Dumaguete.
I accepted that I chose to stay at a hotel in its very early stages and so any limitations related to areas still under construction.

ロビーがきれい。
駐車場スタッフの動きが機敏で良かった。
部屋掃除はきれいで良かった
冷蔵庫が小さすぎる。不必要なクローゼットあり。
バルコニーのドアが鍵かからない。外壁のガラスの背が低く、恐怖を感じる。
朝食メニューが貧弱: 生ジュース種類欲しい。果物の種類少ない。パパイヤ、グアバ、マンゴー欲しい。チャーハンが欲しい
朝食時間帯、BGM欲しい
エレベーター内が貧弱。
朝食スタッフの笑顔が欲しい。
チェックアウト手続きに5分超、長過ぎ。
