Very clean and tidy and in a good location although it wasn’t very straightforward to find initially. Has sufficient parking for a couple of vehicles. AC worked great which was needed in the heatwave. A bonus was a fantastic Gelateria within walking distance on the main road.

Bahnhof fußläufig erreichbar, Gelateria und Restaurants/Geschäfte ebenfalls. Praktische Ausstattung in der Unterkunft, grundsätzlich (fast) alles da: 2 Bäder praktisch, Möbel zum Einräumen des Gepäcks, Waschmaschine, Küche…
Bei Ankunft wurde uns die falsche Adresse mitgeteilt, was zunächst für Verwirrung gesorgt hat. Die Einfahrt, in der wir parken sollten, ist in keinem guten Zustand. Abgesehen von herumliegenden Müll in einem ansonsten sehr gepflegten Wohnviertel, stehen Metallplatten und Deckel so ab, dass man nur mühsam parken kann. Die Wohnung ist zwar sehr praktisch ausgestattet, aber Einiges ist uns als mindestens etwas gedankenlos aufgefallen: die Stuhllehnen dreier Esszimmerstühle sind gebrochen, die Töpfe für den Induktionsherd teilweise nicht nutzbar, weil
zu klein, es gab nur Bettwäsche für 4 Personen, obwohl wir für fünf Personen gebucht haben, … Auch fehlten Angaben zu wer notfalls zu kontaktieren ist (auf meine Nachricht mit den Kopien der Ausweise wurde nie reagiert und persönlich getroffen haben wir niemanden), wo die Schlüssel bei Check-out zu hinterlassen sind (wir haben sie wie beim Check-in unter der Fußmatte gelassen) und wohin mit dem Müll. Die Mülltonne in der Einfahrt war schon übervoll, Müll lag auch in der Einfahrt und wir mussten unseren Müll in der Wohnung behalten, weil wir nicht wussten, wo er hingehörte.
