The apartment has a decent size and the Wi-Fi works well. We read previous reviews about the cleaning service missing some spots, but in our case, the place was very clean with clean bedding and towels! It is important to point out though, that the booking requires a deposit of 200€ that is not included in the booking.com fee. Though it is refundable after about 4-7 days after departure, it is a hidden costs that we thought would be better revealed on booking.com for potential customers to make informed decisions beforehand. The room smells fresh, and is well stocked with crockery, cutlery and cleaning stuff. The window has a translucent electric blind that unfortunately does not give complete privacy nor light blockage at night. We thought it could save electricity and resolve these issues if a simple old-fashioned light-blocking curtain would be installed. Otherwise, the location is in a block of other apartments that is clean and quiet, served with public transport, a Carrefour mini-Market and a handy all-purpose shop nearby with a 10 minutes walking distance that take care of people with dietary restrictions who may not make good of hotel stays. There is also a medical facility and movie theater right opposite and adjacent to Oshun Apartments. We would surely return and recommend the place to others.

A modern, spacious studio, perfectly suitable for three people, with everything we needed and close to a metro interchange station.
There was a significant amount of dirt under the bed, couch, and next to and behind the furniture. It gave the impression that the apartment had been renovated nicely but was only being cleaned properly in the most visible areas.
The furniture itself also felt surprisingly cheap and low-quality for such a modern studio, especially considering the balcony and the otherwise modern building. Overall, it felt as if the apartment had been furnished to the cheapest acceptable standard for short-term guests rather than with comfort or quality in mind.
The host also kept sending us messages by email and WhatsApp about things to check and do, which became quite annoying.
On top of that, they required an additional €200 deposit, which I am still waiting to have refunded five working days after checkout. At this point, I'm starting to wonder when — or whether — I'll get it back.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et la tranquillité du logement, ainsi que l’espace disponible. Le petit balcon était également très agréable, parfait pour profiter d’un moment au calme.
Nous n’avons rien de particulier à reprocher, le séjour était très agréable. Peut-être simplement prévoir une solution permettant de plonger complètement la pièce dans le noir pour mieux dormir :)
