The host was very friendly and waited for us in person to hand over the keys. They provided information on everything and told us we could call them whenever we needed, though we didn't end up needing anything.
The apartment was very clean, and bathroom supplies were provided. For breakfast, Marco Bar right downstairs is fantastic—they serve amazing coffee, so I didn't even use the one in the apartment. However, the host was very thoughtful: a coffee machine, a bowl of fresh fruit, and crackers were left for breakfast as well.
The location was perfect for me because I came to help my son move into the CStudio student residence, which is very close by. If you are visiting for sightseeing, it is about 1.3 km to Piazza Castello and 1.5 km to the Egyptian Museum (Museo Egizio). You can easily walk to the main tourist attractions in 15–20 minutes. Plus, various tram lines pass right in front of the building and around the corner just a short walk away, making transportation extremely convenient. There is a fruit and vegetable market very close by, and a great selection of restaurants is just a 5-minute walk away.
It is a neighborhood with a high immigrant population. There were people sitting on the opposite sidewalk drinking alcohol, which made me feel a bit uneasy at night but I got used to it.
The bedroom is separated by a partition wall and does not have its own window opening to the outside. There is only a high gap on the wall facing the living room area, which felt a bit claustrophobic to me.
The sofa bed in the living room could definitely use an upgrade in comfort. My son slept on it for one night, and for the remaining days, I ended up placing a duvet over it for a softer seating experience, as s the metal frame inside is extremely uncomfortable.

La Host Anna mi ha atteso sino al mio arrivo e consegnato le chiavi mostrandomi questo meraviglioso appartamentino completamente nuovo e appena ristrutturato in un palazzo storico del centro di Torino, dove mi sono trovata benissimo.
L'appartamento nuovo, tutto molto pulito e igienizzato, risulta molto confortevole per 2 persone, con degli abbinamenti squisiti e di gran gusto.
Ho trovato tutto l'occorrente necessario, dall'acqua, al caffe, al the e addirittura dei biscottini e della frutta fresca.
Mi ha fatto trovare tutto un corredo completo in bagno con tutto l'occorrente per farsi la doccia, compreso lo spazzolino da denti e dentifricio.
La cucina ben attrezzata con lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina del caffe e bollitore e tutto l'occorrente per farsi da mangiare, davvero non manca nulla.
Anna è stata gentilissima e mi ha illustrato tutto con precisione.
Essendo tutto nuovo, molto pulito e in ordine, non trovo nulla da indicare.
