A complete nightmare, unsafe, unhygienic, grossly misrepresented, the worst accommodation AVOID

Nothing

The apartment was completely different from what was advertised and was in an unacceptable condition. It had serious hygiene and safety issues, including dirty kitchenware, stained bedding, unsafe furniture, and a television that was not securely installed. We did not feel safe staying there, had to book alternative accommodation immediately, and the owner was extremely unresponsive despite our repeated attempts to resolve the situation.

False information on the property's page - strongly don't recommend

Walking distance from three main train stations. Water bottles and chocolates were waiting for us when we arrived.

Mainly: the property page said AC and WiFi, both of which didn’t exist at the time of check in - not broken or anything, simply never been installed - which means the host gave false information! Both were crucial to us, especially AC because of a heat wave. Despite our protests and repeated requests to leave, the host wouldn’t agree to end our stay. Instead, sent a mini cooler as an alternative to AC (see pics), which was useless and on our last day, internet was installed but the host gave us the wrong password, so we didn’t even use it. Apart from that: check in instructions lacked important things (like which of the dozen safe box is the one with the keys, or that the 5th flat is actually downstairs), a pile of stinking garbage welcome you to the building, the bathroom door doesn't close all the way, there are no windows in the living room, plastic kitchen utensils, no mirror other than the one above the bathroom sink.
