On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. Bath/WC. Upper floor: open lounge with sloping ceilings with cable TV and flat screen. Terrace, south-east facing position terrace, north facing position, garden, lawn. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2), sitting area, box-room. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Fire extinguisher.
