Located on the south-facing slope above Scuol, it offers a splendid panoramic view. - Shopping and the famous "Bogn Engadina Spa", with its roman-irish bath and mineral water thermal pools, can be reached within 10 minutes. - The "Motta Naluns" cable car up to the skiing and hiking region is just 7 minutes away, as is the bus and railway station. - The Vulpera golf course is a short 5-minute car journey. The Whole House (suitable for 9 – 12 persons) Larger groups or families especially like the "Chasa Diala". Together, its apartments Ena and Sirena offer spacious accommodation for 9 – 12 persons. The apartments are connected by a staircase, making it easy to cook and eat together, but also easy to retire to the privacy of your own rooms and living area. Since both apartments have their own living room, it's possible to relax and watch television in one whilst enjoying conversation and company in the other. Whatever your wishes, the "Chasa Diala" has the ideal layout and size. It also boasts an open fireplace for those special moments and homely get-togethers. Facilities are complete with a washing machine and a tumble-drier. Additional surcharge: taxes/dues: CHF 30.-/person per week (no reduction possible). Optional: garage ( max 2): CHF 5.-/night add. parking lot (max. 2): CHF 5.-/night bedclothes/towels: CHF 30.-/person; the beds are made up upon your arrival. final cleaning: CHF 300.- per stay (independent of length of stay). The additional costs for all services are about CHF 1100.- per week. Therefore we ask for a deposit of CHF 1200.- upon arrival.
