Lovely location, on site pub was lovely, good prices and staff there happy and friendly. Security at night were nice and ensured they said hello.
Gentleman in the reception / shop was awful and spoke to me like dirt, very unhelpful and made to feel not welcome.
Accommodation was dirty never have i had to clean before occupying, pics attached show a small portion not including the dust on everything, definitely left cleaner than we arrived. As a holiday home owner I would be mortified had that been mine being rented out.
Parking space outside some including our accommodation only big enough for a small car which isn't great when we have a mini van due to our heights.
Heating wasn't working the thermostat dial just spun around so we could only rely on the fire, it was reported but never fixed.
Also nowhere does it state you have to book to go swimming so be aware you can't attend and swim it all has to be booked.
Our stay was a special occasion due to it being my sons passing out parade, we run a military website and hoped to be able to recommend here for other family and friends of soldiers leaving basic training but unfortunately its not so.
