Staff on the holiday park were lovely and this review is all about the caravan and owner and NOT the caravan site and staff.
Misleading "beautiful" it is far from beautiful. The standard of the caravan is very poor - mis matched sofa furnishings very uncomfortable. Cooker hob not working properly. Fire didnt work and was very cold at night, had fixed then next night didnt work. Kick board broken. Fridge rusty and old. Cuttlery tray is an old baking tray with the draw tatty and broken. Bulb didnt work in one bedroom. Boiler has smoke damage on it. Bathroom is absolutely disgusting, mold and damp, shower bracket broken, water went hot and cold. Previous toilet replaced but used mats to cover flooring instead of replacing flooring. Advertised as an 8 bed but no bedding avaliable for pull out bed in livingroom. Matress too big for double bed frame so hangs over. Pillows old and thin. We accidently left two camping chairs outside and the owner sent me photos of them wet - they are old up camping chairs that are weather proof for outdoors!!! Tie back hook in livingroom filled with tissue - everything is tatty and old and dirty in this caravan and the standard is very very poor. Walls all marked and dirty, paint all peeling off skirting on sofa. Worsed caravan we have EVER stayed in!!!!! Mold and damp in childrens bedroom that wouldn't come off when we cleaned it- main bedroom window broken only one handle so could easily be broken into. Was told by owner she can't help previous guests damage - well actually its their responsibility to check everything before next guests arrive!!!!! Have asked for some compensation to be told NO!!!!! Also owner entered caravan when we wasn't in to leave food for us as a good will gesture - absolutely out of order 😡 it wasnt empty our autistic daughter was in there alone and frightened in the bedroom!!!!!!!

Wouldn't recommend
The location was good had everything in walking distance.
As soon as I walked into the caravan it smelt damp.
It looked very dated.
It was dirty.
There was lots of used sheets under the main bed.
The main bed was also very noisy and uncomfortable.
The shower pole was hanging off the wall.
We had to bleach the shower out ourselves as it was filthy.
There were gaps in the windows so you could feel the cold.
Fire never worked.
There was 1 tiny heater in the main bedroom.
There was a dirty toothbrush in the kitchen.
There was a nose inhaler left in the wardrobe.
I got told through booking.com that check out was 12pm I got told by the owner it was 10:30am who turned up and accused me of changing my checkout time myself to try get longer.
For the price I paid £144 for 1 night i expected much better I wouldn't recommend

Location is beautiful
The family room smells of Urine, Boiler wasn’t working properly. The Owner is nice lady but looks like she is not bothered to maintain the property.
