The place is very clean and nice, with a view of the sea. There is a separate common laundry room and sofas in the yard. Free parking spaces are available next to the building, and a supermarket is 5 minutes by car. Lamezia Terme International Airport is 50 minutes by car. The hosts are very cooperative.
Only the bedroom has air conditioning. We left the hallway and kitchen doors open to cool the kitchen, where the second bed was. It might be helpful to add a fan to the kitchen. The nearest beach is a 25-minute walk, but at 37/40 degrees, I highly recommend a car.

La prenotazione era x stanza con balcone vista mare invece ni hanno messo a piano terra dove c'erano tanti zanzare,verme neri che strisciavano da per tutto e troppo rumore di fronte a camera da letto che veniva da un aggregato e non ni faceva dormire.La struttura e nuova però non sono soddisfatto dalla camera. Bagno stretto,piccolo e con bidet sotto lavandino.In prattica non utilizzabile.
