Extremely clean rooms and easy access to the beach. Staffs were very helpful and they helped to arrange our special requests...also very decent breakfast.
the balconies, steps are very slippery as it is always wet from rains of guest coming from beach or pool. can have some carpets or other quick dry options at the entry points to the room... also if the accessible beach area can be bit more cleaned

36 Palms - Sun and Sand is a master class in coastal geography. It is brilliantly nestled in that dreamlike, strip where the serene kayal (backwaters) gracefully meets the endless, roaring kadal (sea). You literally get the best of both worlds right at your doorstep.
The design is intimate, the vibe is deeply restorative, and the setting is nothing short of spectacular. If you are looking for an escape that feels exclusive yet anchored in nature's finest contrast, this is it.
My verdict: A must-visit. The quiet luxury of the backwaters on one side, the energy of the ocean on the other.
