The host was incredibly kind and welcoming and even gave me medicine because she noticed I was sick. The apartment was well equipped, nothing was missing and getting from the apartment to the city centre and beach is also easy.
The street and church bells were a little loud if you like to sleep in but it wasn’t too disturbing

One of my best booked stays so far. I would definitely return if I pass by Nice. This is what I'd call a proper accommodation service, for a decent human price.
Friendly, easy-going host, with excellent English. If I missed something (like a laundry line, scissors or kettle), he was very prompt to provide it. A few madeleines as a welcome, cold water in the fridge. Helpful information to get around. While, privacy for the guest(s) was guaranteed as well, if needing to be left at peace. The guests room/apartment sits in the backside of the house, with its own door.
Here the location slightly off-center is actually an advantage. A minute of walking to bus terminus, with a few lines available. Even a recharging bus card provided. Family house with a small garden - plus some outdoor sitting amenities - a little green enclave in a really quiet area, with an intimate feel. It was actually pleasant to return to in the evenings and wake up at in the mornings (which usually does not happen with the tight/sterile hotels). Pretty neat and safe surroundings, bakery and groceries in a walking distance, nice/friendly pizza kiosk on the other side of the block (bus terminal).
I did not find any flaw with the equipment - windows and doors into the walled courtyard with plants, shades - super-spacious and tidy room, everything needed in the kitchenette (including a small double hot plate cooktop), a lot of coat-hangers in the wardrobe, small laundry-hanging rack, table, chairs, TV and ceiling fan with ambient light, comfy bed with generous supply of pillows - really like a full small apartment. Very tidy and well-supplied bathroom, hot water pressure and temperature good. Wifi worked without issues.
Check-in/check-out easy, though I had some issues with booking.com - chat connections. We found way via SMS service. Gate and door locking safe and easy to master. Luggage (e.g. for late check-out) flexibility negotiable.
Nothing really - if I missed something, I could ask for it.
While the location at the edge of town might seem off-hand, it takes around 15-20 minutes to get there by "8+" express public bus service from the train station or the city center.
Kettle and some mini laundry-washbowl would make it even more perfect.

Die Lage war sehr gut man konnte die Stadt gut erreichen. Das Zimmer war klein aber fein es war alles drin was man brauchte. Ich empfehle es definitiv weiter. Zudem waren die Gastgeber sehr sehr nett, süß und hilfreich. 👍
Eigentlich nichts außer vllt einen weiteren Spiegel :)
